As far as I know, all Yanmar tractors have a standard SAE pto. Even the YM1100, YM1300, have standard pto. What model are you looking at?

If you're looking for the crosses for the shaft, I think they are all metric. The PTO shaft out of the rear of the tractor is a standard or "SAE" 1 3/8" spline.
