How do you anchor these to prevent them from rotating with the pto, doesnt appear to be much on them in regards to a mounting or anchor system. Pictures would be great, otherwise any info would be much appreciated.

Chain or angle iron.

Chained from a point well off center on the pump ... to a nearby place on the tractor. I dont have one, but I think Id go further and use 2 opposing points and use a small turnbuckle in one chain to adjust so both chains were equally loaded. This would minimize side load on the pto shaft.

yep.. chain is common.. though ain't hart to fab something that goes to the common swinging drawbar mount like JJ says.

Here is a picture of the pump for my sprayer...same principle for a hydraulic pump.

I have a hydraulic pto pump on my Woods backhoe. It has a bracket with two legs which extend down below each side of the drawbar. Go to the web page below, at the left click on "pump and tank assembly"... the bracket is part #9. The bracket bolts to the pump, and when the pump is slid on the pto shaft the bracket legs rest each side of the drawbar, thereby stopping the pump from rotating.
