PTO Clutch

Got 78 Ford 1900 and while using my auger the PTO clutch got stuck. Seems as the clutch lever is open (disengaged) but the clutch is engaged. The result is that I can not engage the PTO while running. What will it take to fix it, easy, hard, experiences?

WOw When I first got my 1910 I could not engage the PTO with my finish mower attached. It made a terrible grinding sound................Mine was a clutch adjustment ( adjusted it 1/2 inch of free pedal plus one more turn) Try removing the implement and go through the clutch adjustment procedure and see how you make out
