After 30 claim free years with Farmers for a 1000 square ft rent house the non renewal letter arrived…

Broker was able to place new policy with Foremost with a 2500 first year premium…

I did notice 2 errors… I am 1 mile to fire house and not over 5 miles and 200’ from hydrant and not over 1000’

It’s a new world when it comes to insurance…

Received another non
renewal in today’s mail…

I just added up my premiums and premiums paid equal what I paid for the property in 1985.
