Propane installation - Above or Under Ground?

Been filling my RV bottles for years from my bulk tanks. I refill my propane torch bottles as well. No point on buying new ones.

The one thing the YT video don't mention and that is, you want the bottle you fill to be as cold as possible. My small bottles go in the freezer for an hour or so before filling. The RV bottles go in the fridge in the shop.

I have a 500 gallon above ground tank I bought probably 30 years ago from my propane dealer who gives me a good price also since I own the tank.
They used to fill a small 20#? I think tank, but stopped doing it. What do I need to buy to fill it? Thanks.

Just a 20 buck adapter and TSC (of all places) has them.
