I have a Hypertherm 600 that I used on cutting my clamshell and mounts

Everything else I cut on my Jet bandsaw.

As far as how many hours I'd say probably 40 or 50.

To hook up my hydraulics, I used a Prince manual selector valve from Surplus Center: Surplus Center Item Detail This is mounted behind the seat.

I used 24" lines to feed from my 3rd SCV remotes. These are connected to the top of the selector valve. I then installed two Quick Connects facing to the back, which are for my hyd toplink. The other side of the block(front, near seat) has the two lines that go to the loader.

This allows me to send pressure to the front or rear. I figured I probably wouldn't need to do both at the same exact time.

At mid section, I used another set of QC's, so I'll be able to disconnect my loader.

Everything in this project was recycled/scrap/used steel except for the following:
two "arms" of the clamshell and pivot mounts for it (!/2" plate)
dom tubing (1.5"od X 1"id)
63/64 pin stock
JD quick attach mounts

All hydraulics were new. BTW I used a Prince welded tee 2.5" bore X 8" stroke cylinder(Ebay). I don't think I mentioned that anywhere.
