Problems with my Mahindra 4010

I got my 4010 Gear this past March and it has less than 100 hours on it, and I already have 2 major issues with it.

The first issue is that the tractor does not stay in gear when going down hill.

The second issue is when I put the tractor in 4WD both front tires screech as if I broke the bearings, but I do not see leaks anywhere.

Before I bring it back to the dealer, I was wondering if anyone has had the same issues or can help me with what these issues can be.

I had to repair a 3510 model, that would pop out of gear when backing down a hill. If your dealer has not run into this before, have him call me, and I will help if I can. 585-343-0770
