Problem with TuffTorq K50 Hydro Trans.

I was mowing yesterday with my STX38 Hydro and all was going great, all of a sudden I had no "go" (Ha-Ha). It would not move either forward or reverse. In checking the belt I found that it was pretty well shot, so I replaced it and figured I might as well change the fluid at the same time. So I did that using John Deere 0-40 synthetic per my local J.D. dealer. Started it up and still no motion. Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be much appreciated. Mike...

check if the key has broken in two, in the wheel to axle key ways/?

Make sure it isn't in the tow position too. Most hydro failures common to these mowers are gradual failures not sudden failures.
