Problem with Tilt Meter

I have never done business with a company that stood behind their product the way R&B does. They stand behind there product the same way businesses did years ago. If it is not right we will take care of it. My hat is off to Rick and Brenda for running the kind of operation that they do and I hope that their business continues to grow.

Thats what makes this place so great. Not only did you refund his money (because it didn't work), you have sent 2 and maybe 3 new ones for him to try, plus new pads to try on the first one. I guess this says a lot about you and your company. Keep your ethics right where they are my good man. I remember meeting you and "Brenda...?/" at Louisville while Surge from Nebraska and I were strolling the show.

Hey guys, THANK YOU!!!!! Brenda and I both felt the same
way when we started the company. We are not only selling
a product, but we are selling our reputation as people, as well
as business persons. I'll be darned if we will sell our reputation
for any amount of money. The friends we have made doing
this is priceless. To think that 2 people can take an idea, and
$150.00 and turn it into a company is fantastic. It is because
we had people that gave us a chance, and we were not going
to let them or ourselves down. Those people were guys like
you.
Besides, my mom told me when I was growing up, "always do
whats right, or I'll take a hickory switch after ya!!!".
She's now 72, and walks 2 miles a day. She could probably
do it!. Don't wanna find out.
