Problem With the suttle control on a TN75S

I Own a NH TN75S tractor with electro-hydraulic shuttle control lever and sometimes it doesnｴt works in Reverse position and sometimes it doesnｴt works either Forward and Reverse position.
In addition sometimes simply the engine doesnｴt start.

I'd have the left dash panel off and look for loose linkage under the shuttle lever. That lever must be in neutral for starter operation.
