Problem with spreader

Got a really old manure spreader by Cobey and worked fine until the drive sprocket broke! Having a hard time finding a replacement. I know I could have one custom made, but that would be almost $300. It's a 12 tooth sprocket with a 1 inch keyed bore and uses 2060 chain. Anyone have ideas where I could get one?

A quick internet search pulled up the above company but there were many others too. This web site may help you narrow down your search. You might even just check with your local auto parts store or tractor supply store.

I was in tractor supply yesterday and saw they had a few sizes of sprockets and chains. Start there and see if you can match it up close enough to work.

Most spreaders used "Ag" chain, not roller chain. Make sure that the sprocket matches the chain. That type of chain was also used on bale elevators too.
