Problem with smiley

When ever I try to add a smiley I get this :thumbdown: ... Shift+R improves the quality of this image. CTRL+F5 reloads the whole page. Any ideas? I can delete the BS after the smiley but it is a PITA. I don't know if this is a TBN broblem or a problem with my computer.

:ashamed: It must be a TBN problem, because the previous icons in my post appeared when I hit the Smiley Face. I'll try it again. Here goes.

It seems that the Smiley Face works sometimes and sometimes doesn't.

Maby I didn't explain this well. It is the message the come up with the smiley ... Shift+R improves the quality of this image. CTRL+F5 reloads the whole page that I am trying to get rid of.
