Problem with resetting password

I have tried to reset my password more than once and I receive the initail email with the link to have a temporary password sent but I never receive the second email. I'd like to get it reset what can I do now?

You might have better luck on the response with a direct contact rather than a forum post. Try paging all the way down and click on the "Contact Us" link in the blue bar near the bottom of the page.
