Problem with new bucket on 2650

Dealer got back to me. He said check rear tires, which are both at 17 lbs. he said he will order me a new bucket.

Mine is starting to wear that way, though not as bad as that yet. But I have 400 hours and have moved 330 tonnes of pit run gravel.

Haven't heard from the dealer since the last email. Will have to contact them I guess. Once they have your money etc. etc.

My guess is that the dealer is bundling an order to save on shipping costs. But I've never been a dealer.

I would agree, but a 54 inch, SSQA bucket fits multiple tractors. Keep bugging them.

Mine is a 60 inch bucket. Shouldn't be that rare either though.

I stopped at the dealer today to inquire on the bucket. The owner wasn't there so they looked in my file and couldn't find anything about a new one being ordered.
After a couple of minutes they had a service "tech" come out. After I showed him the pictures he stated that my driveway must be built slanted and that would do it. He then told me there was nothing they could do for me.
When I explained my Kioti did the same driveway for 5 years without issues he had no answer.
Looks like they are refusing to stand behind their product. I will be contacting Kubota Corporate and spreading the word wherever I can.

Wow, that's too bad Phil. I would stay right on top of things. There is no need of that. Hopefully things will get resolved fast.
