It's not warn down it looks like it was ground with a tool to match the bucket edge. It and the tractor are new with 9 hrs on it. This is the first time i put the bucket on and I didn't back blade with it. Have had a plow on it since purchase but the ground was to soft so decided to try the bucket.

Have you contacted the dealer?
If you can take bucket to dealer show them also state 9 hours on tractor.

Looks like that to me also, measure the depth of your bucket, it could be shorter on one side.

My guess.....I say guess.....is that the edge was straight when brand new and the nine hours was on a concrete surface wherein that edge of the bucket was lower. Thus the nine hours just ground it down. Several causes have already been mentioned.

mine looks like that at both ends but I have over 650 hours on it and probably half of it plowing snow on blacktop.

My 6 year old 800 hour Kioti bucket didn't look like this and I actually used that. I did some measuring and it is 1/4 inch out of square. The middle of the edge measures 21 1/2inches. The left edge measures 21 inches. The right edge measures 21 1/4. Looks like it was welded on wrong and ground to fit the edge of the bucket. Don't know why everyone is saying it is warn. The tractor has 9 hours, the bucket has 20 minutes at most. Still waiting to hear from the dealer.

Same here with about 500 hours....probably 250 doing snow on gravel and concrete as well as using the FEL for moving gravel and dirt. My FEL arms (bucket) were a little askew about 1/2 - 3/4 inch when the unit was new. But it leveled out (tweaked) after awhile.
I hope the dealer response is helpful, Phil.

I think it has to be wear -- look at this photo from your thread when your 2650 was brand new -- the bucket edge looks OK to me. That suggests the wear and tear had to come afterwards, and it wasn't like that originally.

Now, it's hard to tell from the photo, but either the floor has a high spot at that expansion joint, or the bucket edge is a little bowed (which can happen from welding). If it was indeed bowed (or your tire pressure is not even) and you pushed it around on a hard surface, maybe the corner wore down faster than the rest of the bucket. Definitely check your tire pressure as it's a common cause of stuff being off-kilter and wearing unevenly like that.

Ok. Warn side had 27 lbs. other side had 24. Manual says to run 22 so that is what I made them. Could it be just not hardened correctly? My concrete driveway is pretty aggressive with a broom finish.

Make sure you check all four tires, as any of them can cause the bucket to be off kilter. I dont know how hard the edges should be, but that amount of wear could be done in minutes with a grinder. Concrete on steel -- with a lot of weight -- surely is comparable.
