Loader problem removing FEL

I have a Jinma 200 (farmpro 2420) with a fel but no manual on the fel. I tried to remove the loader but it doesn't tip forward when I disconnect it. Because of this it won't clear the front tires. Do I have to put balast in the bucket to make it tip forward. Shouldn't have to but I don't know what else to do. Anyone have experince with this.

If you look in the crossmember that is welded between your loader lift arms, you may find a piece of pipe inside that crossmember held in place with a linch pin. That pipe is supposed to be used as a kickstand for the loader to support it when you disconnect the loader arms from the tractor. This is a common way loaders are configured for removal and storage.

I don't have a Jinma loader. Mine will freestand if I put the bucket all the way down and rock it forward onto the open bucket mouth with the lift cylinders so the bucket mouth is facing the ground. Yours may freestand like this also...

Ron is right on the money re the stand. Make sure you're on level ground and watch the stands, they're not the strongest things made, I ended up making a heavier set for mine that wouldn't twist so easy. Another thing, the hoses are just long enough to allow you to back away when the coupling comes out of the pocket on the tractor so don't be in a hurry backing up. I made 6' extensions for mine when I'm removing the loader, it gives me "wiggle" room. Also, be sure to couple the hoses back together once you remove the loader, you don't and the pump deadheads and it's good by pump.....Mike
