Prince Reverse Valve Handle

I can't find any reference to actually reversing the lever from one end of the valve to the other. The machining marks indicate to me that this is entirely possible but I haven't tried it and was wondering if I could get myself into trouble disassembling the valve.

This is what I want to do - Is this possible?

No, you can't do it that way. The grooves on the spool won't align with the correct ports on the casting causing a major issue.

The only thing you can do it rotate the lever cap, either up, sideways or down.

OK, thanks - I didn't think it would work but I figured I'd ask since I couldn't think of any other reason the valve would be machined identically on each end.
