Pricing High Hour Kubota

I'm pretty stumped on what I should ask for my tractor. It's a 2003 Kubota L3830 with a loader. Has 4,950 hours. It's in good shape and everything works. Any help is appreciated.

Maintenance log?

Stored inside or outside?

2-WD or 4-WD?

What transmission?

Orginal tires or replacements? How many hours on current tires?

One owner. No maintenance log. Stored outside mainly. 4WD. GST Transmission. Original tires. There the ag tires not the industrial ones.

My guess is 8 to 10 thousand, from what I see around me.
