I am familiar with auto sales and resales. In the auto world it seems all the brokers and dealers use a pricing guide like NADA to figure out wholesale and retail values for a vehicle. Is there such a pricing guide in the tractor community? Something that gives wholesale and retail values? Something a broker or dealer might use? Any insight is certainly appreciated.

The tractor blue books are a total waste. We may use them as a guide for somthing we're not used to seeing, but as a whole they can be 20-30% off.

Both!

I am the UEM for our company and the books/guidelines are just that...guidelines, not set in stone by any measure.

Wait a month or two. Tractor prices will be half of today prices. If not, tractor manufacturers will close the doors.

Manufactures would be closing their doors if they halfed the prices of tractors... because they would not come anywhere near making a profit. Prices are going one way... and thats up. Especialy after our dear president devalues our dollar beyond belief making it even more expensive to import tractors.

SO BUILD SOME COMPACT TRACTORS RIGHT HERE IN THE USA IN AN OLD CAR FACTORY!!!!!!!-----NOT JUST ASSEMBLE PARTS TOGETHER IN THE US BUILT IN OTHER COUNTRIES---PEOPLE WILL BUY A QUALITY PRODUCT AT A FAIR PRICE-----LESS GOLF MORE WRENCHING!!!!

The only part of that statement I question is the 20-30% part...... I've seen instances where I'd guess many of these blue books to be off as much as 50% in either direction. And you'll never see one that reflects local or even regional popularity of a given model.
