I was leaning toward the 3215hst, but after reading some threads, this price seems way to high. What is a good price?

not sure of your exact location in MO, but in my opinion those tractor prices are way high.....several thousand dollars too high. The implement prices seem about right though, depends on what brand/quality of the mowers.

I was thinking the same thing. I wonder if he will come off these prices. Do you think about 10% to high?

If you like the 2615, you should try to work him on it. With the new 2816 out, you should be able to get a good deal on the 2615. I would never pay 2,100 for a 60" mower though. I got a 60" Sitrex for 1,100 a few years ago and it is a nice mower. A Caroni mower is about the same thing and same price range. I guess they are not considered to be in the same class as a Befco, but they do the same thing and I think will last just as long if you are just cutthing your lawn.

Tatum Motors in Anderson Mo. is advertising the 2816 4WD with loader for $14,300 with an additional $600 off for cash. His ad in the Joplin Big Nickel has several other models also well below MSRP. I bought my 2815 HST there a couple of months ago and he might be worth a phone call. 417-845-3563
