There is a local ad for a 2007 Kubota B2320 with the LA304 loader and 60" MMM. The machine has 115 hrs. and the asking price is $12,000. Any comments?

I don't know that's why I am asking. I did just find a 2006 B7510 (at a John Deere dealer) with the same mower and FEL, but only 37 hrs, with an asking price of $13,000, so I am thinking the $12K for the '07 B2320 is reasonable.

Very reasonable. I don't think it's a 2007 though. These came out in '08 if I recall correctly.

Well for two days now I can't get an answer at the phone number listed and no return calls from the messages I have left, so it may not matter how good the deal is!

Finally connected with the seller and I am going to look at this machine tomorrow. (8/15/09) Also found out it is plumbed for a backhoe.

they were just introduced in 08, they are three range not two like the older models and the price you were quoted is a bargin. It is a different deck from the B-7 series.

Well the machine is mine! Plan to pick it up on Tuesday. The machine was purchased new in April of 2008 and has 125 hours on it , mainly used for mowing. The seller also has a BH65 back hoe with barely a scratch on it for sale. Unfortunately that's pushing my CFO's limit way too far. Will post pictures when I get the machine home!
