I priced a new 4120 hydro with mid and single rear scv, 400cx loader, 73in bucket with edge, for $24828. How is that?

That sounds really good, actually. That's about what I was quoted in February for a 4120 gear (12x12) with 400X loader.

Plug it all into the JD configurator on the website then deduct 10%. Anything less than that is a good deal. :0

By the way, I love my 4120. If you plan to ever do baling or field crops, get the 4320. That 5 extra HP means you have a lot more options on attachments to play with.

If you have a need for more power than is available from a 4120 hydro, then I would consider a gear trans.. The 4120 gear will put as much or more power to the ground than a 4320 hydro and shave another $1500 or so off of your purchase price. I suspect however, that the 4120 hydro will have plenty of power for your needs.
