Powershift adjustment

I took my dash apart a while back to replace my steering box. I notice my Powershift is a little out of position and a little tricky to put in the right gear, or out of them, as in "N".

Where is that adjusted, up at the shifter or at the bottem of the shaft. I really haven't looked too hard yet, so if this is a stupid question, consider the source.

And, trust me, don't go breaking your steering box...

I have a YM2210B with the same problem. I have been told that it is not a very difficult fix if you know what to do.
