Jinma 304
Hello All,
When I was out today using my Jinma 304, I noticed that the power steering was squeeling like a car with a loose belt when I turned left or right. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gifalso, it turns tighter to the left than to the right. I checked all the fluid levels, they were fine. I also flushed out the entire system when I originally brought it home. Any Ideas?
Thanks in advance,
Rick

This sound can be caused by the pressure relief valve. did y ou have a heavy load in a front end loader or wheels indeep ruts? or did it only happen at the end of the travel of the steering eacy way?

Hello Chip,
It seems like when the wheels are nearing fully turned. I do have a bucket, but it was empty and I was on flat ground.
I also noticed that some of the hard lines plumbed into the hydraulics are partially kinked?????
Thanks,
Rick

A serious flow restriction could do it, but would also make steering a bit heavy I think, slight kings shouldn't have much effect. The squeel would be normal at the stops of the travel.

Just to double check the obvious, you do know that the PS has its own tank in front of the radiator on the 300 series Jinma.
