Power Pony maybe?

My brother is looking at a Power Pony brand tractor. Does anyone have one or know of their reputation? This one appears in tidy condition. It has a 2 cylinder Briggs and Stratton. dual rear wheels (turf) and a loader with single action lift rams and double action crowd ram.
What is the hydrualic pump like in terms of strength, durability, hours of life etc. Same for the gear box.
What other questions should my brother be asking?
This tractor doesn't have an hour meter.
My brother is a competant petrol mechanic having done up several cars.
