Power lift for cargo box problems

We have a Gtor UV HPX 4 x 4 Trail HPX 4 x 4. It has a power lift to raise the cargo box to dump things and it will not raise. Any thoughts on problems that might cause this. Could this be a fuse or lack of hydraulic fluid? Also, since it won't raise, how can we manually raise it to check the oil and hydraulics until we figure out the problem. It does not have the lever between the seats that unlocks it to manually raise one that doesn't have the power lift.

Will need to go under the box and pull the pin(s) holding the power lift actuator to manually lift the box. Will need to track down the problem. Look for missing 12v.
Hydraulic fluid not a likely problem, as the lift mechanism is a linear actuator (12v), possibly part # AM145903

It could definitely be a fuse or low hydraulic fluid causing the issue. I’d check the fuse first to rule that out, and if that’s not it, then it’s probably low fluid or a hydraulic issue. Since you don’t have the manual lever, you might need to disconnect the hydraulic cylinder to lift it manually, but be cautious as the bed could be heavy. A jack or some kind of support might be helpful to lift it safely while you check the hydraulics.
