What are you doing when it happens?

15 hrs, but what year is the tractor?

Hard to say, but if it's an early 2012 with only 15 hours of use, your diesel could have grown algae in the tank which is causing the fuel filters to clog. If that fuel has been sitting a long time, it could be contaminated. Have you talked to your dealer's service dept about the issue? What exactly are you doing when it happens?

WHat are you doing when it looses power? On any slopes?

Like chris.. right now, im suspecting something in the fuel system.

Changing the fuel filter could be a starting point. Is the RPM dropping or not when you sense the 'fade'.

I have already spoken to the dealer and have purchased a filter. Not really what I was expecting the kubota to have for a filter. I had expected a screw on hard case instead it's just an inline has jobby looking deal

Unless they changed it on the newer models, there are actually two fuel filters, the one you can see, and another one underneath, nearer the fuel tank. The one underneath catches debris from the tank first and is most likely to clog. Sorry my knowledge is dated since my equipment is older, but check with the dealer to be sure.

This shouldn't happen at 15 hours. Dirty fuel is the obvious first thing to check... hope that's all and not a problem with the tractor itself.

SHould still be 2 filters on a BX.

If it turnes out to be a filter problem, have a look at my BX filtration thread in my sig. Since you mentioned that a BX should have a "proper" filter, I agree with that statement and added one to mine.

I'd have the dealer look at it, then if something is wrong later you're on record with the problem. My dealer comes to the house with a service vehicle for repairs, you might ask if they can do that for you so you don't have to move it.
