Making me very jelous. I have (newly purchased this year) 22.24 acres in Montana tha tI want to build a cabing something like this on. I haven't even seen the property yet. Will be going there in July to see it. Maybe when the time come I will get some tips and tricks from you. Thanks for posting the Pictures it looks like you did one helluva great job building the cabin. I would love to stay and read the rest of your thread but I have to get down the road. I'll try to remember to look it up tonight or tomorrow

When I build this deck on the lake house I snapped pictures with my old 35mm SLR all the way through the construction. I could post some pictures of that project if I had remembered to put a roll of film in the camera before taking the pictures. /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif
