look at the circled area.
This manufacturer uses a piece of tube steel for the pivot.
This door weighs approx 2000 pounds.

This looks like it would work good. I have a buddy who is bringing me some baler belts tomorrow. If they don't work, I'll definitely look at ordering this. Thanks
I wasn’t sure what the transition looked like at the top frame/hinge/door interface looked like.
I figured a couple different products could help get your gears turning!

Depending on what controller/valve assembly you use I know the hydraulics like to have something to “stop” against. Most manufacturers use an adjustable pressure valve body with a solenoid that turns off the pump when a certain pressure is reached……….of course stop pushing the button can work as well ;)

I'll try to get better pics this evening if I can before dark. I'm hoping to get someone to help me wire in some solenoids, I hope I bought the correct valve. I know that my son will use it some and it would be easier for the solenoid to stop it than him have to gauge when to stop.

I haven’t forgotten about pics of gasket area, just got busy with family and really need to open door fully to show what I need. I did get it all set up and found a few issues that I need to fix. I already turned the cylinders around, don’t know where my head was. Ordered another flow divider for the close function as it wanted to twist door with just a T.
Here is a wick pic. This is before I turned cylinders around. Everything is temporary mounted until I get wall finished.
