Recently purchased a TNT kit from Brian at Fite Rite. First class operation. My problem is that when I use my boxblade the top link cylinder is fully extended when BB is level. this is causing some problems. Difficult to get proper angles etc.

Brian went above and beyond in that he offered to build a new cylinder with greater travel. I appreciate his concern but this may not be needed. i don't want him to spend time and money on a problem that does not exist.

I'm thinking that maybe my lift arms are not going to a full down position causing the problem. I have the speed control (turtle/hare) to full hare. Could somebody that has a Dk40SE please measure distance from ground to end of lift arm when lift arms are full down.

Again, i just don't want Brian to go to the trouble if the problem is with the tractor.

Appreciate the help.

My hyd top link was too short also. My fix was to just weld on a extension to the grader blade center support moving the pin location about 3" towards the tractor....no issues now. I'm not near the tractor right now, but I think the ends of the arms go down to within a few inches of the ground.
