Poor dealer prep

Salesman or service can make or break a deal and one of those is a reason I did not go Green or Orange, I drove the extra distance and ended up with a MF.

my tractor when delivered no manuals or keys to the cab. Was like uhhh. Didnt have to two ignition keys either come with, guess kubota doesnt come with two, was like ok on a 30k machine and not an extra key. Took them a month but got the manuals and the extra keys

I did get two keys with the Kubota. Good thing as last year I misplaced the only key to my Mahindra and had to order extra keys.

Funny y'all mention keys...every second key (to the tractor, the SXS and job box locks) went on a separate key ring and is in my wife's possession. That way, if I forget my set (which rides in my truck), she's only a phone call away. Now where's my phone?
