O.K. I emailed Poly Pavement and asked about using Poly Pavement as a floor in one of my outbuildings here is their response if anyone is interested along with a contact #.

Thanks for your email. PolyPavement can be used indoors, but bear in mind that the lack of sunlight will slow down the "curing" process. Because of this, you want to be careful not to get the floor wet for some time. PolyPavement can bear heavy loads with no problem. It just depends on your base. The color depends on the soil you use, so to change the color, change the soil. You soil simply needs to pass our Soil Suitability Test and it will work fine. I am wondering what the soil suitability test consists of and how much the test costs if anything.
