Seems like regular cinder block filled with concrete will weight 90 pounds give or take and 12" wide will be 130 pounds.

If I use wide blocks I will get to 500+ pounds, it should be enough for 7 rows of spoons.

I was limited by the frame I wanted to use and also I need to get between rows in vineyard.

That should be a pretty good weight for you, waiting for the ground to have the right moisture content is a pain but helps with keeping the tine wear down and getting better penetration.
