Botabill, the plow will go as deep as I let it go till I can't pull it, but am plowing 6 or 7 in. deep. I have plowed it deeper, but in spots it pulls up pure clay and that stuff bakes in the sun till it's like rocks so I try not to pull that up to the surface. I'll have garlic, onions, potatoes, squash, zucchini, corn, watermelons, cantaloupes, green beans, cucumbers, eggplant, and some sunflowers for the birds. Tomatoes, almost forgot, lots of tomatoes and two kind of peas. There will probably be some other stuff, depends on what the wife grabs on the spur of the moment, usually when I think I've got everything in, here comes some more "we gotta have some of these".
