Plowing with a LS R3039

Hello. Wondering whether anyone has plowed with moldboard plow behind a R3039, what size plow it was, and how the tractor handled it. My R3039 has R1 ag tires on it.

It should pull a 2 bottom plow no problem. I would look for a 2x14 plow.

You do not want to pull poor subsoil to the surface when you plow.

A 14" plow can turn dirt 6-8" deep. Any issues with pulling poor subsoil, clay, gravel to the surface from a depth of 6" to 8"?

Not really. It's bottom land, but was overgrown with cedars which I had cut and removed the roots. I'll be getting the pH of the soil to where it should be, adding organic matter, and then planting a food plot, some fruit trees, and berries, and a few very small crops.
