Please Identify This Accessory (single front tire conversion)

I came across this picture in the LS "pictures only thread. Does anyone have any information on what the proper term for the tricycle conversion is? What company makes them? I am just curious because I would like to see more pictures and applications of this. I have been unsuccessful with google searches because everything links back to old tractors.

What is unique to me from the Deere videos is the front wheels appear to by hydrualic. Doesn't look like a US Farming process but I would say the point is to keep a field flat. This way you are not making trenches with 4 tires.
