I am placing an order with the Jinma factory for an HW-03 frame mounted backhoe for personal use. If anyone wants to piggyback on this shipment, arriving Boston, send me a private message. Theres one on e-bay now,that was only used once, it will be alot cheaper than ordering from China. It's a 3-point but making a frame is easy.If you do not have a ZL-20 loader now with the backhoe brackets you are going to have to fab some brackets anyway

Got it,If you need some of the front mounting brackets to weld on to your Koyker loader I think I still have a few laying around.Are you getting a PTO pump, or one that mounts on your tractor ?

The hoe comes with the tractor mounted pump that mounts above the PTO.

Just wanted to update on this project. The cargo arrived with frame mounted backhoe, extra hoses, 12 cylinder repair kits, swivel seat, extra bucket teeth, spare pump,spare valve parts, spare hose seals, two 8" woodchippers, extra knives, extra screws, etc. (I ordered all the spares) There were a few bumps in the road but I'm certain all will work out. We had it delivered to a friend with a loading dock. After that, a flatbed wrecker brought it all to my own place.

I'm quite happy with the factory and now have a lot of work to do before winter with all the new implements.

There's not much to see. Besides, I can self import but I don't know how to post pictures , go figure.

I also bought a spare starter and alternator for my tractor. The starter even came with a spare ignition switch and keys .

Seriously, the backhoe came in an angle iron crate/cage and the two chippers came in a similar cage. One cage was bolted on top of the other and all the goods were protected with a weatherproof fabric inside each crate. The corrugate boxes of accessories were all packed inside the larger items.

Yeah, I've still got the crate from my chipper. Too good to scrap. I was hoping to get a twenty from someone who agreed it might make a good frame for a large dog house or a playhouse for small kids. The bottom forms a steel pallet too, which would makes it easy to pick up and move the dog/play house around.

sweet, I bought a mower that came in an angle iron box once. dealer asked me if i wanted them to trash it. heck no.. that's good iron! ( free is good )

The angle iron is pretty iffy steel usefull for lots but VERY brittle.I imported into Tasmania and am very happy with the results but I am having trouble with (I think) the relief valve on the back hoe.lots of foam in the tank and no power?

symptomatic of an air leak on the suction side. But to get full attention, you should start a fresh thread with your issue

letting it set in a glas jar for a bit will prove either out.

The dust has pretty much settled and the results are below. Keep in mind, I spend a lot of time in China, have visited the Jinma factory, and know how to import.

First..we should all give plenty of credit to the dealers who import and handle all the bumps in the road, finance the cash, hold the inventory, send all the emails, cover the risk, assemble the product, find the missing parts, make things fit, etc. Retail consumers don't realize all that is done in the background.

Having said that, I imported two 8" chippers and one HW04X frame mounted backhoe, swivel seat, along with extra hoses, teeth, starter,alternator, etc. I purchased directly from Jinma.

The pricing was great and more than compensated for the headaches. Some parts were damaged from faulty packaging, some parts were missing, and some parts were simply the wrong part. The BH subframe didn't fit and required rework. I plan to start another thread on that in addition to my thread on http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/chinese-tractors/223303-hw04x-bh-hose-connection-problem.html regarding hose problems.

Jinma replaced all parts damaged by shipping as well as some parts with substandard paint. They also immediately acknowledged an internal problem with the wrong backhoe pump and wrong hose sent to me and a few others. All have been replaced quickly at their expense. They were responsive and did a good job for me.

I would do it again.

My Jimna chipper came crated in angle iron also....im still finding uses for it. Beats wood crates all to &^$#
