Pins for Front End Loader

Guys

I am designing a FEL in Solidworks for my little Kubota, and was stealing ideas off of a bobcat. I noticed they use the pins (see attached Solidworks jpeg) for the pivot mounts for the cylinders. Any idea what these little gems are called and where one can get them? I may also try to use Large Bolts if I can find some with grease fittings and grease channels already cut in them.

I made some pins for my FEL mounted plow before I made it work with a quick coupler. Purchased them from TSC. They are 1" in diameter. Drilled them for a grease fitting and put a hole that put grease in center of cylinder end. Since the fitting was behind blade and out of the way. I did not need to counter bore pin to recess grease fitting like your illustration shows. In the attached picture it is only being used to match up to my quick coupler. Quick coupler does not move so it does not need grease. The pins come in 6" and 4" lengths. Hope this helps.

Ron,
Did you attach a three point blade to your front quick coupler and spin it around? I was thinking about doing that to plow snow this winter. If you did how does it work for you?

No I did not. Its a Curtis blade. You can see it in my photos here on TBN. Click Here
There is also a picture of a rake that I mounted on the FEL. My Rear Blade is way to heavy to mount on the FEL. See picture is my photos.
