Picture size problem!!!

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong !!!? I have tried all afternoon to post a picture to my post . It is under the size requirements that TBN requires . I can do this fine on the CountryByNet sister site. How do you do it ?I have also tried in the past with some other pictures at TBN wiith negative results .
