Plan B cleared the siding, but only by about 1/16".
On to plan C....

Ended up extending the build-out by 6" and adding another 1x6 over the top. Everything glued and screwed. Finally, the door hangs properly. Here are some pix...

Now I can start rebuilding the track for the big door. I got a break in the weather and bought the board I need to add. Got it into my shop and now it's been cut and painted. After the paint dries, I can look at making the changes and then finally finish siding the back wall.

Slow but steady progress...

If you look close. you can see the plastic is in place for the large skylight in the back wall We are painting siding again and should have the back wall finished this weekend. Time to start looking at the north wall.
