I just bought a used blade for my JD 750. The rear support bracket is missing. Can no longer be ordered from JD. Part number is PT5153. How can I get one made when I don't really have one to go by. Does anyone out there fab old JD parts and can they make this for me. Appreciate any help or suggestions.

I checked with purchasing today, your part was obsoleted in 1992. No Dealer in U.S. shows stock. I called the people that buy the obsolete parts, they have never stocked it.
I asked if engineering still had the drawings and they said no. However, they still had the info on the manufactor of the blade and I checked on the internet and found them.
Give them a call, couldn't hurt!

Thanks so much for that info. You went out of your way for me and I really appreciate the efforts. I will surely call them and see what they can do. I guess if nothing else I can either guess at what it should look like and get one made or find someone that has a JD375 and borrow it for a few days while another is made. Thanks again.
