Pallets in fields

I know a guy that did his man cave walls with pallet wood.

Those pallets should have protection from the pallet butcherer.

I think he is a pallet apologist...with inclinations toward being a provocateur. Next thing you know, pallets will have their own forum just the political forum...and it will all be Trump's fault.

When I unpacked my shiny new mega bux generator, I found one neatly stowed away underneath. Having come from Wisconsin, it doesn't seem too cheesy either.

You could get it a companion, lay them flat in a field, then observe and take notes.

Yes and what's concerning is the pallets got away.

The pallets didn’t really get away. They are hiding in plain sight as a house.

A friend back in NY used to flip houses. He bought a really old one near Roosevelt Field (used to be an airport, think Lindbergh) on Long Island.
Went to tear down the front porch, it was all Skids under the roofing etc.
Went into the walls, ALL skids.
Looked like a normal house, but he guessed since it was near an airport, owner must have taken skids from loading docks and made himself a house!

Friend took a beating on that one, a complete tear down, Skid wood not up to code

A cottage on our lake was a pallet build. (free wood?)
One winter it collapsed!
The DIY builder did not overlap the joints on the roof decking, so under snow load the roof opened up and the whole thing collapsed inwards.
