Pallets in fields

It is obvious to me. They are for the coyotes to get over the invisible fences. With the grant money going to the best ideas to protect our coyotes, this is one of the many ways to preserve these magnificent animals. If the fences were not there, no problem, but since they are, it is our duty to provide a way for these protected animals to cross.
