I have an idea for a packer/cultipacker(not sure which it would be), so here it is. Take some small tires like these image.jpg

And put them on an axle, all side by side (maybe about 1/2" spacer between each?) and put a hitch on. (This probably isn't an original idea)
The hitch would need a place to set a cinder block or two for some weight.

Think that would be a good project? Or waste of time?

I wonder how I Would transport though...hmmm:confused: haha

The only downside is when it comes time to put air in the tires, wouldnt be a huge deal though

Would that be considered a packer or cultipacker? I would have thought cultipacker if the tires have some good lugs on them... But I don't know much about them

I think I would find a water heater (old one) and make a drum I could fill with water, be cheaper than a bunch of tires.

I second WESTERN'S idea. Fill the old water heater with water or cement.

A 60" Cultipacker weighs 700+ pounds. They have iron packing wheels for a reason.
