Package deal on a 4047

I've tentatively made a deal on a tractor, attachments and a trailer. What are your opinions on:

R4047 with R4 tires
FEL
Backhoe
Grapple - they'll add the extra hydraulic lines
Pallet forks
20 foot 14K trailer

All for $31K

Is that a good deal?

Thats a heck of a deal !! I paid $28,000 for my R4047 with FEL and Backhoe alone !!

Yep, check with Magee Equipment in Poplar Bluff. FYI, the trailer was from a local dealer they referred me to and I added their price to the package myself.
