That would be nice. We need some cold to kill off the mosquitos. So we'll probably get it in January.
What are they predicting? I was in Salem, Oregon in January 1973, when it hit 13 below. In the era before insulation, that caused a lot of plumbing damage. I saw one house where a water heater explosion lifted the roof off, blew the side walls out 6", and set the roof back down, all for the cost of a PRV.I think we in the PNW are in for a real cold snap this coming week. Hard to believe what they are predicting for the Spokane area.
Bundle up . . .In Sedro Woolley where I moved from they are predicting eight inches of snow over the weekend followed by cold, down to two degrees Monday morning. Here in the north Okanogan they are predicting 3 inches of snow and 12 below on Monday morning. I doubt I will be clearing much snow next week on an open station tractor with the highs in the single digits all week.
