Landini/McCormick has exactly what you're looking for, I believe. The McCormick GX40, GX45, and GX50 are all available with every option you listed, including HST and the front-mounted 3pt hitch. The only thing I'm not sure of is the hydraulic toplink. These models are also available as the Landini Mistral series, but the Landini website doesn't show the HST option, that may be a McCormick exclusive. Here's a link to a Mistral brochure. If you skip the cab, a Power Trac will treat your back very nicely. Look around their web-site and see what they have to offer. ALL implements mount on the front.
