Overly dangerous?

I have been finding it highly entertaining to watch demolition videos on YouTube. It can be a great way to while away the time. Anyway, I come across this one video of a house demo. To me it seems overly dangerous to knock a house down this way. What are your thoughts? I loved the comment at the end, though.
