I expect most of the weapons would come from the US Military in various ways, actually...other nations may support a revolution in various ways...but not because they support the revolutionaries...but because they want to destabilize the existing government.

Roy, in my observations liberals are the first to play the race card. They play it quick and hard because that is usually the best they can come ip with.
