A couple year back I bought a Bobcat skid steer with a bad Perkins engine. The man sold it because he ordered an engine and it got hung up in customs on the east coast. The engine came from New Zealand. It did not meet the EPA specs. and it became stuck in a port when it got into the US. I don't know if he ever got any of his money back. I installed a Kubota engine in it.
